Free cancer check-up on Feb 15,16 and 17 

Manalody Kudumbha Samithi has announced a free medical check up for women on February 15,16 and 17th part of its social commitment activities.
The check-up will be held at Manalody Apartment in collaboration with Cochin Cancer Society supported by Rotary Club Calicut.

 

The program facilitates screening test for breast and ovarian cancer, followed by guidelines for further treatment and awareness sessions from experts doctors.

 

Manalody Kudumba Samithi stressed the importance of such free check-ups in the future as women at backward rural areas are mostly vulnerable to many diseases due to either ignorance towards disease symptoms or the poor financial background.

 

The extensive camp would be held with the support of volunteers within the Manalody Family and medical staff from cochin cancer society. The Camp is open to the public but pre-registration is mandatory. Registration can be done by calling the volunteers given below.
